2024 Upper Deck Team Canada Juniors Hockey takes a hits-heavy look at the men’s national teams. Hobby boxes have four total autographs and memorabilia cards along with a generous amount of other inserts and parallels.

2024 Upper Deck Team Canada Juniors Hockey Checklist Overview

The base set is 150-cards large, covering both the U20 and U18 squads. The first 69 cards are standard player cards. A Pride of the Program subset takes things up to the 100-card mark. These have a dozen levels of parallels available in hobby packs:

Red Foil – 1 per pack
Patterned Foilboard – 1:5 packs
Outburst – 1:15 packs
Purple Patterned Foilboard – 1:15 packs
Clear Cut – 1:40 packs
Metal – 1:100 packs
Plexi – 1:255 packs

Retail blasters have two more sets of parallels, Rose Gold Foil (1:2 packs) and Blue Patterned Foilboard (1:120 packs). The remaining 50 base cards are Program of Excellence short prints. These are 1:4 hobby and 1:3 blaster packs. Parallels here, all of which are hobby exclusives, are limited to:

Like past Team Canada Juniors hockey card sets, most of the autographs and memorabilia cards find their roots in the base set as well. For the standard player cards, Jersey versions are 1:6 packs, Signatures are 1:160 packs and Black Signatures come numbered to 5. Autograph Patch cards are numbered to either 125 or 175, depending on the player. Pride of the Program has a similar mix with Jersey (1:60 packs), Signatures (1:640 packs), Auto Patch (/25) and Signatures Black (1/1). Program of Excellence cards only have autographs, which land 1:120 packs.

Additional Inserts

2024 Upper Deck Team Canada Juniors Hockey has a few more insert sets. Prospect Momentous (1:10 packs) returns, highlighting players who have been drafted by NHL teams already or are expected to in the near future. Parallels include:

Autographs versions are numbered to 15. These have their own one-of-one Black parallels. Future Stardom (1:30 packs) makes its debut. Like the product’s Clear Cut parallesl, these are done on acetate. Red parallels are 1:70 packs. Team Canada Logo Metal Die-Cut cards (1:255 packs), which are on actual metal, are new. Also on the checklist are Bound for Greatness (1:60 packs) and Team Canada FX (1:180 packs).
