The prospect hunt begins anew in 2020 Bowman Baseball. The popular product offers the first Bowman cards and the first Bowman Chrome cards of the season. Like in 2019, there is a standard Hobby box format with one autograph and the Jumbo HTA edition. The 2020 set follows the third and final 2019 Bowman product in the main line: 2019 Bowman Draft Baseball. Available separately, Topps issued 2020 Bowman 1st Edition Baseball after 2020 Bowman Baseball was delayed due to the pandemic.

UPDATE (May 18): Although the official release date remains May 22, Topps notified distributors that only a portion of 2020 Bowman Baseball is ready to ship. As a result, not all of the product will go out on time and it could take up to three weeks before the set is fully released.

2020 Bowman Baseball Base / Chrome Parallels

While prospects run the show, there is still a base set with veterans and rookies. The paper set for 2020 Bowman Baseball offers 100 base cards and 150 prospects with several parallels. This includes the retail Camo parallels for prospects that are only found in Value Packs.
