While 2020-21 Upper Deck Series 2 Hockey naturally provides a fresh batch of base cards (#251-450), the most important aspect for most fans is the new Young Guns lineup of 50 cards (#451-500). Falling 1:4 packs (2 per Tin Box on average), this rookie subset should contain any key names that missed out on Series 1.
