One of the box hits comes in book form. There is a change from 2018-19 as boxes drop from eight cards to seven—which equals to one less hit per box—and cases decrease from three boxes to two.

Within each box of 2019-20 Panini Opulence Basketball, there is one non-hit base or parallel and one booklet. The other five cards are standard autographs or relics. One possible option is the Gold Medal Jersey Autographs set with game-worn relics pieces.

Although there is only one per box, the “revamped booklet lineup” gets the most coverage in the 2019-20 Panini Opulence Basketball checklist. The strong draft class is featured in Rookie Patches Booklet and the on-card Rookies Patch Autographs Booklet. Limited parallels include Nameplate and Brand Logo versions. The deep class is really on display in Rookie Octo Signature Booklets, which supplies eight autographs per card. The book cards are also used to highlight oversized memorabilia swatches, including All-Star Game Booklet and NBA Finals Booklet cards. These come as rare Tag and Logoman editions, as well. Game of Inches is a new choice that NFL collectors might recognize from Playbook Football. The extra sizing is especially ideal for the many NBA giants.
