Due to the unique nature of our products, we can unfortunately not accept any returns. In special circumstances, we can accept certain returns at our discretion, please contact our team through our contact us page to get in touch. Didn’t get the cards you were looking for? We understand and share your disappointment but Stakk.ca cannot be held responsible for any product configuration

purchases

Our products are available online and in store, find us soon in St-Eustache – address to be announced!

Pre-Order any of our products when they are currently not available but will on a specific upcoming date. Often take advantage of lower prices and card images months before thanks to our pre-orders.

In the event of 2 items purchased on the same order but with different availability status – such as in stock and pre order – your entire order will be shipped once all items are in stock.

All out of stock products have a priority waiting list sign up field where you can enter your email or phone number and be informed first when stocks are in.

If your product doesn’t seem to have that sign up field, reach out to our team via email at info@stakk.ca and let us know which item we can help you find quickly!

Based in Quebec, and as a Canadian business, all of our prices are shown in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

shipping

Every order processed before 3 PM will be shipped the next day from Montreal. Orders will take 7-10 business days to arrive, according to your location.

All orders are shipped through Canada Post.

Once your order is on its way, you will receive an email notification confirming shipment (be sure to check your junk mail). If you purchased a box, or any valuable item, a tracking number will be provided to follow the progress of your delivery.

Yes, according to the taxes applicable to the address where the order will be delivered.

Yes. We do ship internationally. According to your location, duty fees are applicable.

Unfortunately, for security reasons, we don’t.

Canada Post does not offer mail pick up services during weekend or statutory holidays. Therefore, although your order may be processed during that time, it will not be shipped before the next working day.

All cards are shipped in bubble wrap envelopes. Sleeves, top loads, one touch and small cases will be used to protect the cards, according to their value.

Even if you are home, for security measures, all orders will have to be picked up at the post office.

breaks

Scheduled breaks can be displayed in the break schedule. Breaks that are not in the calendar occur in the order they are completed. You will receive an email before the break begins.

Once your order is on its way, you will receive an email notification confirming shipment (be sure to check your junk mail). In the same email, a tracking number will allow you to follow the progress of your delivery.

No since shipping for all group breaks is always FREE!
